NOTE: This is NOT a reservation. All skating is first come first serve. This form is to assist with proper staffing and skate availability! For more information please reach out to the Alamosa Family Recreation Center and speak with a customer service assistant.

EMERGENCY SKATE SHARPENING RATES:
$14 or 2 punches. SKATES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 2 HOURS.

- Combo – Flat Profile: 9-2-10
- Combo Profile: 9-10
Skate Sharpening Requirements:
- Skates MUST be dropped off during RINK OFFICE HOURS. Times vary every day! We will NOT accept them at the rec center.
- Skates can only be picked up by the individual listed on the skate sharpening form.
- Skate Sharpening form MUST be filled out upon drop off; payment must be completed before skates will be handed out.

All sharpened skates MUST be picked up within 48 hours of the sharpening being completed.
- $10 late pick-up fee will be applied to final charge or to the account if purchase has already been made.
Adult Hockey
Daily Pass or Season Pass IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
Waiver must be signed each night participated. FULL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.
*Ice Rink Disclaimers*: ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT RINK OFFICE.
- Identification may be required to verify age, student status, and/or veteran status.
- The Annual Pass is valid for daily admission to the Public Skate Session.
- Passes do not apply to skating lessons, skate sharpening services, or youth hockey programs.
- No passes will be provided for lost or stolen Annual Passes.
- A lost Annual Pass will require the visitor card for a fee of $5, which must be requested through office staff.
- Family passes will be available for purchase.
- An additional fee will apply for each person added to family passes; price may vary based on age.
- Protective gear and helmets are strongly encouraged for Public Skate; they are not mandatory. However, Skate & Puck/Hockey Programs require protective equipment at all times.
- Any individual found cheating the membership pass will face a one-month suspension from the Ice Rink. A second violation will result in a full season suspension without refund.
- All rules must be adhered to. Staff will issue one warning for rule violations. If a situation escalates, staff may ask individuals to exit the rink, and authorities may be contacted if necessary.
