Large Group Request Form
Group Skate Form - Roller Rink
May 2nd - Sep 30th. FRIDAYS ONLY 5-8pm
Please fill out this form for any large groups (20+). The office supervisor will call and confirm the dates/times once submitted. THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION. All skating is a first come first serve basis. This form is to help regulate our skates/staff for those times. This form must be filled out at least 1 WEEK prior to event to help with staff availability.
- Private Groups will only be approved during scheduled hours - FRIDAYS from 5pm - 8pm.
- School Districts/Youth Organizations/Business organizations may request outside of those hours. The request is NOT finalized until the Office Supervisor contacts with a confirmation.
REMINDER: All skates (each size) are limited. We ask that if you have your own skates to please bring them. Also, helmets/safety gear are not required, but are strongly encouraged.

(We ask that all chaperones help enforce rules and make sure all skaters are following the rules listed.)
- Skate at your own risk.
- Absolutely no food or drink outside of the LOBBY AREA.
- Skating in a manner that endangers or interferes with others' safety or pleasure is prohibited, including roughness, excessive speeding, or weaving through other skaters. One warning will be given, after will result in removal off the property.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items; please do not leave valuables unattended.
- A daily pass is required.
- Helmets and other protective equipment are strongly encouraged, but are not required. In the event of an injury, please notify staff immediately.
- No one is permitted in the Skating Area without skates, in the exception of AFRC Staff and Parent/guardians assisting their youth.
- Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be asked to leave the premises or removed by APD.
- Beginner skaters should skate along the dasher boards, Advanced skaters on the inside. Skating aides are NOT available.
- Do not sit on, lean over, or leave items on the dasher boards.
- Please do not carry children/pets or any secondary items such as cell phones, cameras, handbags, headsets, etc., while skating. - we are not responsible for broken items.
- Please follow the directional skating of skaters. DO NOT GO OPPOSITE of skating traffic.
- No tag or games of any kind are permitted in the rink area - unless instructed by office staff.
- Pets/animals are not allowed in skating area.
- For everyone’s safety, please try to get to your feet as quickly as possible after a fall.
- NO SONG RECOMMENDATIONS. PLAYIST WILL BE PLAYED AS IS.
